Ingredients
- ○ 90 ml Port WineEssential
- ○ 45 ml BrandyEssential
- ○ 1 egg EggEssential
- ○ As needed NutmegGarnish
Method
Mix your cocktail
- Shake port wine, brandy, and a whole egg vigorously without ice (dry shake).
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg.
