- ○ 60 ml GinEssential
- ○ 30 ml Lemon JuiceEssential
- ○ 20 ml Simple SyrupEssential
- ○ 10 leaves Fresh BasilEssential
Method
Mix your cocktail
- Muddle the basil gently with the lemon juice and syrup.
- Add gin and ice, then shake firmly.
- Double strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
