Ingredients
- ○ 100 ml AperolEssential
- ○ 60 ml ProseccoEssential
- ○ 40 ml Soda WaterEssential
- ○ 1 slice OrangeGarnish
Method
Mix your cocktail
- Fill a large wine glass completely with ice.
- Add prosecco, Aperol and soda water in that order.
- Give one gentle lift with a bar spoon and garnish with orange.
Serve in: Wine Glass
